Responsibilities: The Document Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Document Services team daily as well as administrative responsibilities of the managers within the department. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and notary appointments.
  • Monitor inboxes and calendars.
  • Responsible for data entry to support the day to day tasks of the Loan Modification Coordinators and managers.
  • Responsible for scheduling notaries to have the borrower(s) sign loan modifications (“loan mods”).
  • Scan and email loan modification to notaries/borrower(s).
  • Prepare and ship Fed Ex packages on a regular basis for local and national offices.
  • Set up promise plans and actively track and follow-up to ensure completion in a timely manner.
  • Track loan mods to ensure they are returned in a reasonable time.
  • Participate in management meetings; create agendas, take notes and follow-up on action items.
  • Responsible for filing, copying, printing and faxing.
  • Act as the liaison for facilities and maintenance to handle day to day office activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Mortgage or real estate industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point and Visio.
