. VetConnexx is seeking a Customer Care Trainer to provide for support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)
  • Attend and pass major customer’s training certification – out-of-state two week course
  • Responsible for the delivery of technical and non-technical training programs to call center.
  • Delivering training to new and existing Call Center employees to include detailed aspects of the products and services offered by Vetconnexx Strategic Partners
  • Promotion of standardization of processes between call centers, new hire orientation, and recurrent training programs.
  • Deliver call center operation and web training to various audiences.
  • Work with other individuals and management in the development of new programs and the maintenance of existing programs.
  • Deliver on-going instructor-led orientation programs for call center teams.
  • Stay current with changes in the security, customer service, and sales arenas.
  • Assist in the assessment and coordination of call center training programs.
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of valid exercises designed to provide effective hands-on practice to new and existing employees.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of education/training programs including staff attendance to the programs.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Travel up to 30% nation-wide (depends on assignments)
Non-Essential Duties:
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
New Hire Classes and as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Education or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in leading instructor facilitated environment
  • 3+ years’ experience in call center operations and management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience and knowledge of computer software, such as electronic mail and Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess strong written and oral presentation skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently and possess strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
